01 / Who we are
Excellence in execution.
We are builders first. Our work extends from the earliest conceptual and financial stages of a project, through design and construction, to the planning that lets an owner get the most from the finished building.
LEF Construction, Inc. is the general contracting company of a development business that has been building since 1956. Its principals have completed skilled nursing and supportive living facilities in more than fifty cities and towns. The company has built residential communities, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, and distribution space for national clients, frequently completing repeat work for the same owners. Incorporated in Illinois in 1996 and led today by the third generation, the firm carries the same standard into ground-up development and value-add work.
